Reb Arye zt"l was known as the Tzaddik of Yerushalayim, being the father and friend to downtrodden and forgoten. He made his job to help and encourage those in need, giving away from himself when he had none. He was the Rabbi of the prisoners in Jerusalem since 1927, visiting them every Shabbat morning and praying with them. Born 1885-n.1969.
